The RegenLab for Travel offers tools to help the tourism community move successfully towards regeneration. By using a systemic approach, a living systems design and the co-creation of transformational experiences, we support and encourage tourism organisations to create more abundant and resilient communities and destinations, where the human being and nature coexist equally.
We facilitate the transition towards regeneration through the dissemination and implementation of its principles, using a friendly and holistic approach across three different services.
Through courses ranging from 2 days to 4 weeks, we introduce regeneration in tourism and include practical tools to generate the necessary change and help implement them in your lives, projects and businesses. These courses build your capacity to move from reductionism to holism, from working in silos to working collectively, and from a mechanistic view to one of living systems.
Some examples:
We host tailor-made workshops and masterclasses for businesses, organisations, or students, using different tools and methodologies to achieve specific objectives. These cover communication, finding common purpose, participation, design of regenerative experiences, sense of place, and the application of the principles of living systems to think systemically, generate collaboration, resilience and innovation. Our webinars and conferences are tailored for specific audiences.

3- Mentoring, Facilitation & Consultancy
Through our consultancy & mentoring work, we carry out a diagnosis to identify the challenges and the underlying reasons that generate these challenges. We then implement different methodologies to build participation and to transform organisations into ones that generate innovation, resilience and abundance through a profound mindset shift and the construction of collective intelligence. Using different tools, we plant the seeds to generate conditions for the people, business and destination to flourish.
